Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective coverings are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
